Quality and relevant content. Your web pages must provide contents that are directly relevant to the service or product that visitors are looking for. They may lose the interest and think that they are on the wrong site. Contents must hit what's on the mind of users. This way, you will get more clicks and you are more likely to get the conversions you are looking for.
Simplify the Design. The design shouldn't be that extravagant. Most of the times, internet users feels more comfortable to navigate on sites that don't seem complicated to look at. The appeal of your headline can pull in readers and take time to read the news. On web sites, you will get more visitors if your headline is something catchy, intriguing and sparks curiosity. But of course, it should justify the attention being given by the users.
